My Six Pack Abs Healthy Meals of the Week

I've received lots of questions recently about exact meal ideas that are actually healthy and can help to lose fat and get those six pack abs quicker. So, here's some ideas from some of my own super-healthy meals this week:

Breakfasts:

Lunches or mid-meal ideas during the day:

  • yogurt mixed with cottage cheese, some type of nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts), and mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, etc are all good choices)

or

  • hard boiled eggs with veggie sticks and hummus

or

  • piece of fruit with nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or pecan butters are my favorites)

Dinner ideas:

  • Any form of healthy meat such as organic grass-fed beef or bison or free-range chicken, wild fish, etc.
  • steamed veggies (sometimes with melted raw grass fed cheese on top)
  • mixed greens salad with avocado, dried cranberries, and homemade balsamic dressing using Udos Choice Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil with balsamic vinegar

Late Night Healthy Snack Ideas:

  • Almonds, pecans, walnuts, or cashews (preferably raw if possible)
  • cottage cheese and berries (can use a little stevia if need more sweetness)
  • hard boiled eggs and veggie sticks, chunks of raw grass fed cheese

I hope you enjoyed these healthy meal ideas to help give you options for a leaner healthier body. For even more ideas, see this complete list of my favorite healthiest foods.

Enjoy!

Does a Workout "Robot" Really Exist?

The idea of a workout "robot" may sound crazy, but my good friend Ryan Lee has come up with something along those lines...

It's actually an online video program that actually designs fast but effective full body workouts for you based on your goals... and you can watch as Ryan demonstrates the exercises for you, shows you exact sets and reps, and even has various music options you can pick.

You can even get workouts designed that only take a maximum of 4 minutes per workout and still get results. Remember that I always say that I vary my workout length... some days I do 20 minutes, some days 60 minutes, and some days only 4 or 5 minutes, but at a higher intensity.

Check out Ryan's workout robot below...

(be sure to check out the 5 or 6 short video clip demos that are on the page)

Til next newsletter,
Don't be lazy... be lean.
